Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

The Explorer and Tracker plans start with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to begin the trial, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will never be charged. The Mirror plan does not include a trial and is billed immediately.

2. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-listed price, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. Crypto-paid subscriptions are prepaid for their term and do not auto-charge — they simply lapse unless you renew.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page in the app — no emails or phone calls required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep full access until then, and no further charges are made. Until the period ends you can also resume the subscription from the same page, which simply turns auto-renewal back on.

4. Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately: card payments are prorated automatically, and crypto payments cover only the prorated difference for the remainder of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.

5. Refunds

Because cancellation always stops future charges while preserving the access you already paid for, refunds for already-billed periods are handled case by case — contact [email protected] and we will review your situation. Where a full card refund is granted, the subscription ends at the moment of the refund. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory refund rights you hold in your country of residence.

Confirmed cryptocurrency payments are generally final: crypto transactions are irreversible and are therefore refundable only case by case, or where required by law.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved within one business day. Filing a card dispute (chargeback) results in the associated subscription being cancelled immediately while the dispute is investigated.
