1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MirrorChain ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

MirrorChain is a decentralized finance (DeFi) intelligence platform that provides on-chain wallet analytics, leaderboard rankings, trading signal generation, backtesting tools, and copy-trading functionality on the Arbitrum network. The Platform is non-custodial — we never hold, control, or have access to your funds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region of residence.

4. Account & Wallet Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. MirrorChain does not store or have access to your private keys. Any transactions you authorize through the Platform are your sole responsibility. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet.

5. Copy Trading & Signals

Copy trading and signal features are provided for informational and educational purposes. Past performance of any wallet or strategy does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that copy trading involves significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. All trading decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.

6. Fees & Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Network gas fees for on-chain transactions are separate and paid directly by the user.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings or trading data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use bots or automated tools to scrape data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MirrorChain and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, signals, or analytics provided. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, but any funds in your connected wallet remain yours.
